Lot of gaps in service. I would say the service is absolutely missing. People working at the store have no idea what is happening and are least bothered. This is not a complaint but over all experience is bad. The lady at the till handed over me an open shoe box expecting me to carry it in hand. Least she could have asked me if i need a bag fo extra charge.

Bad blisters

Fit small and gave me the worst blisters I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t wear them. Look nice but definitely don’t fit my foot and usually size 9 dress shoes always fit.

Stunning looking shoe, but wayyyyyy too small. I take a size 11, ordered a 12 and couldnt get my foot fully into the shoe.
