Clarks Women's Arla Stroll Sandal

These shoes are very comfortable and cute. I am normally a 9 but purchased a 9 1/2 just for extra length. Front strap is stretchy other straps not so much. Back strap is adjustable with Velcro-which is good.

Love the cloudsteppers! I bought them for my granddaughter that needs a wide width. So comfy. They are like walking on clouds

I had missed out last year on the old black combi style with more blended colors that go better with outfits of black and white/cream. This new style is not as attractive and also Clarks changed the footbed and they're not as comfortable as the old combi styles, I have the blue combi and tan combi at home from last year. The footbed on this new black multi textile dug into my arch when I tried them on. I returned these after I found the old black combi sandals on clearance elsewhere, and the old style is perfect like my other combi ones.

Good cushioning but the shoes are not made for people with narrow feet. I bought these to alternate with my black chacos and green ones but unlike my chacos, these cannot be adjusted to keep your feet placed correctly in the shoe. My feet kept sliding forward out of the shoe to the point where my toes were sticking out the front of the shoe. Arch support doesn’t matter at this point since feet are not staying in place. They are cute but don’t hold feet in place. I will stick with my chacos.

I bought the blue tone version of these sandals. They are as comfortable as the other "cloud stepper" sandals that I have bought over the years. The cloth bands of the sandal sit nice and flush over the feet but the sandals flex a bit as you walk in them so nothing feels tight. There is also plenty of room in the toe box area so more comfort from that as well. A great buy especially if you can get them on sale!

The shoes are very comfortable however I found them still a little wide, even though I ordered the medium width. I do have a foot on the more narrow side. I was disappointed with the service. I had to contact DSW to find out why my order had not been shipped (after a week), despite the fact that it had been charged to my credit card days before. It only got shipped after I contacted them and complained.

I’ve worn these five or so times, just for errands, and the elastic strap now doesn’t hold my foot and I slide forward, toes going right off the shoe bed. Unfortunately for me, I had so much faith in Cloudsteppers that I bought two pairs in the BOGO sale. I would return the second pair but I returned something else a month ago and still haven’t gotten a refund (I’ve contacted them twice).

Although these are a little snug at the top for me width-wise there is some stretch and it’s not a deal breaker. Next time I would size up half a size. I was able to stand and walk in these for volunteer work on concrete for 9 hours and you can throw them in the washer. Highly recommend. Colors go with everything.
