I would think very very hard before buying this product

When it comes to my work wear I do not skip out on the quality, even if it means paying extra; and, when it comes to boots, It's no exception. I like to buy the best, and up until this year I stood by timberland. I have had pairs that have lasted me over 10 years with regular wear and tear and still looked great. So with that in mind I decided to get a new pair earlier this year around March (black 6" premium waterproof) and it wasn't even five months in when the bottom left sole started coming unglued, which at first it wasn't so bad, but slowly the whole bottom started coming off. Even though it was disappointing, I felt like it was just a bad defect and surely wouldn't happen again. I went and bought a second pair this time in the classic wheat color and shockingly three months in to my surprise these boot start doing the same thing on booth boots! I couldn't believe it and not just that but the right one the whole actual sole started coming off and was becoming lopsided it was extremely disappointing!! Quality on these boots use to be awesome, now I'm not so sure; and, for the premium price, I can't see myself dropping another $200.00+ I hope that timberland can make this right.

I would NEVER buy this product again !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my boots they were already previously worn from another customer. The boots had hair on them with dirt marks on them. I called customer service and they only offered me 10% off which was an insult, after I had to drive an hour and a half away to return the boots because they were a gift for someone and I needed the boots for the very next day. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed!

No, I do not recommend this product.

The boots are different!

The boots are different! They are different colors, they have different colored seams, they are made in different countries! It is impossible to wear them!!! We are very upset. And disappointed in Timberland because customer service said that they don't see a defect in the fact that the boots are different! As if my husband is a clown to wear different boots!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Best Boot

I bought my boots in 2017 and they held up very well. I have used them as work boots, wore them in gym class and they have withstood all I threw at them. I'm planning on buying a black pair now.

Unfortunately these boots are complete and utter trash the quality from timberland has drastically diminished I have a pair of converse that has been in the same work environment as my 6" timberlands have been in and my converse after 3 years are in better shape than my timberlands after 6 months they will not honor the warranty so I bought a pair of Danner boots and right out of the box you can see a massive quality difference of youre looking at timberlands STOP and go to Danner's site and get a pair of proper work boots these boots didn't even deserve 1 star but I couldn't submit without putting one up

Worth to try

My colleague bought them for me in New York in 2019. So after all these years I am still wearing them in cold late autumn, winter & beginning of spring. But I understood one thing about leather, this material should be taken care of. I was too lazy to do that but now I am convinced that every one ought to do that, like wax for leather and special anti moisture liquid. Indeed they are waterproof until some point, and in my case I thought that the level of waterproof will be higher. Now if I walk in snow for 1 hour they are getting wet. It feels like leather is getting the wet inside and it stays there for a while. Also they are not that warm, obviously one have to walk so feet could keep warm temperature.

Lost Sole... Disappointing

I will never again waste my money on a pair of Timberland boots. I'm incredibly disappointed. After owning these for only a couple months, I finally decided that do some light yardwork wearing them. I took a step and my sole stayed behind, rendering these boots useless. As I walked back through the snow into what now felt like a ballet slipper, I muttered a few choice words for timberland. The quality of footwear has gone far down hill. So if you enjoy buying products just based of the brand name and don't care about wasting money on poor quality, I'd recommend these. Otherwise, i have a few better recommendations for those who care about quality products and brands who still care about what they put out.

I have 2 other Premiums and let me tell you, this boot are amazing built and feels amazing. people complain all the time that blemishes and they are to hard. A yes sometimes they are hard to break (one really fit lile a glove, the other pair not much. But still totally worth it) So if you have other pairs and other shoes you can buy full grain, but if this is gonna be right off the box your dailys, go for a Nubuck. Breaks better. But to be completely honest. Any skin is different and sometimes it takes time to get use to any time of shoes, nothing that 2 or 3 layers of micropore for 2 days can fix it. After that your skin will get use to! I promise
