New Balance Men's Fresh Foam 680 Running Sneaker

Not the most comfortable if you plan on wearing these out for most of the day, but they definitely do provide more cushion than other brands. Build quality n the best, on the second day of me wearing these, part of the foam lining at the bottom started to peel/crack. I have extremely flat feet so it is always very hard to find a very comfortable pair of walking/jogging shoes without having to break the bank. These were decent and my very first pair of New Balances. I only got these because they were on sale, I don't think I will be purchasing another pair unless I see another sale for something hopefully better.

These shoes run true to size and fit my feet perfectly. I bought them for exercise walking and weight lifting. They work great for outside or treadmill walking. They also work well for training on the elliptical machine. I also use them in the weight room. These are comfortable, supportive and work well for my needs. I will certainly buy another pair when needed.

I bought these because I walk a lot. Reviews seemed positive. Got them and gave them a 2 mile test walk. A little over a mile in and my foot was hurting and I noticed how bad my step was leaning inward. Tried them again with an orthotic, same result. Tried again with a brand new orthotic. Same again. I am stuck with these shoes and foot pain. I will wear them casually but not for extended walks.

This is the perfect way to break in to New Balance shoes. I use these for everyday/light work wear and they give a stable yet plush ride on that huge slab of Fresh Foam. The upper fits true to size length and width and seems breathable. Good traction with enough rubber on the outsole to actually last for long enough to get your money’s worth. I’m thrilled with them so far!

Pretty much exactly what I wanted a beginner runners shoe to be. It’s not going to totally change your life, but my legs and joints already feel much better from the generous extra padding these give your feet. I usually stay under the 10 mile mark so couldn’t say if these are marathon worthy, but for the price point it’s hard to beat.

Between steps or miles on concrete floors for 12 hour shifts, the comfort remains diligent. Big & Tall these shoes hold up to the weight distributed on them all day long reducing the foot and knee pain, allowing my body to last longer throughout the work week. They may be designed for other uses but there a savior in my application.

I used to wear the 880s but figured I’d try these out and they’re a really great comp. I went with the 2E because the 880/680 regular is a little too narrow for me. So far I’m really happy with these (and the price point). Also my orthopedist gave them the all clear — so we can all sleep now.

The New Balance 680 Fresh Foam line of shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I own several pair of V7 and V8 680s and the fit is perfect in both. Im just looking for a reason to purchase myself a pair of V9s. Please keep the 680 fit the same NB.
