Plastic not leather upper

I was so disappointed to find out that the description of the product was wrong. These do not have leather uppers. Instead they have synthetic (i.e. plastic) uppers. I will be returning these as soon as possible. I rely on accurate product descriptions when ordering online and find this experience very frustrating. These may be fine in other regards, but as I was specifically looking for leather, I cannot rate these highly.

Technically, it's a good work shoe. Exactly as described, but it seems too heavy a shoe for work, depending on your job I guess. but if you're constantly walking 7.5 hrs 5 days a week like my job, it's too heavy. Oh and the memory foam bit is really uncomfortable. It's like walking with a rock or a ball stuck in your shoe that just doesn't go away... sorry technically a good shoe, just not the right shoe for every job.

Too hard, memory foam is terrible

I like the look of the shoe and that's all to it. The shoe is as hard as a factory shoe, was looking for shoe I could stand and walk for a long distance because that's what my job entails but it's not possible with this shoe. It's so hard, the memory foam is almost useless, I got a soft pad liner, still it isn't comfortable for long standing.

Needed specific qualities for work (black, solid - no mesh - uppers, non-slip) and these were perfect. Very comfortable, fit well. I usually fit in a 9.5-10 and 9.5 Wide feels great. Good arch support. Substantial construction gives me confidence they will last a long time. Definitely will purchase these again in the future.

I had been searching for shoes all this city and with the Covid situation, all the stores were closed. I work on a non emergency medical transfer team and definitely needed good solid non slip shoes. These shoes fit the bill perfectly, and you can't beat them for comfort. They are a bit heavy but that's okay, you get used to it.
