New Balance Men's Fresh Foam 680 Reflection Running Shoe

Not the most comfortable if you plan on wearing these out for most of the day, but they definitely do provide more cushion than other brands. Build quality n the best, on the second day of me wearing these, part of the foam lining at the bottom started to peel/crack. I have extremely flat feet so it is always very hard to find a very comfortable pair of walking/jogging shoes without having to break the bank. These were decent and my very first pair of New Balances. I only got these because they were on sale, I don't think I will be purchasing another pair unless I see another sale for something hopefully better.

Great cushioning and good ground feel. Really helps transfer energy forward while running. No sore feet or achilles issues after running, which I used to deal with while using my old shoes. Price is very competitive. I’d like a more complete rubber sole, as the current design has a lot of exposed foam between rubber traction strips on the sole…like they’re trying to save costs by minimizing the amount of rubber on the bottom of the shoe? So I don’t know how well these will last over many miles of running, but so far I’ve put about 12 miles on them and they’ve been very good!

Here’s a polished version of your review: I absolutely love the way these shoes look and feel on my feet. My first time wearing them was while traveling, which meant lots of walking, running around, and being on my feet for hours. Even on their very first wear, they were incredibly comfortable and didn’t disappoint. They provided great support all day, and I never felt like I needed to break them in. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

I bought these because I walk a lot. Reviews seemed positive. Got them and gave them a 2 mile test walk. A little over a mile in and my foot was hurting and I noticed how bad my step was leaning inward. Tried them again with an orthotic, same result. Tried again with a brand new orthotic. Same again. I am stuck with these shoes and foot pain. I will wear them casually but not for extended walks.

This is the perfect way to break in to New Balance shoes. I use these for everyday/light work wear and they give a stable yet plush ride on that huge slab of Fresh Foam. The upper fits true to size length and width and seems breathable. Good traction with enough rubber on the outsole to actually last for long enough to get your money’s worth. I’m thrilled with them so far!

These shoes run true to size and fit my feet perfectly. I bought them for exercise walking and weight lifting. They work great for outside or treadmill walking. They also work well for training on the elliptical machine. I also use them in the weight room. These are comfortable, supportive and work well for my needs. I will certainly buy another pair when needed.

Pretty much exactly what I wanted a beginner runners shoe to be. It’s not going to totally change your life, but my legs and joints already feel much better from the generous extra padding these give your feet. I usually stay under the 10 mile mark so couldn’t say if these are marathon worthy, but for the price point it’s hard to beat.
