Product is not like the image. I own these in black so o thought when I bought them in white it would be the same colour as the image with no texture difference as is not noticeable on the image. I received the heels and they’re closer to ivory (I call it smokers white) and a leathery / snakeskin texture. I’m really upset about this because I was hoping to use these as my wedding shoes but they’re not what I want unfortunately.

As someone who has suffered from plantar fasciitis for 8 years, these shoes are a godsend. I am so picky and only wear brooks sneakers and occasionally vionic, but I needed black shoes for a formal occasion so I tried this brand. I could not stop talking about how comfortable these shoes were! At the end of the night I didn’t want to take them off and usually my feet hurt within 30 minutes of wearing heels or wedges. I am completely amazed and I am now a customer for life. I need every color! I love them!!

Cute and comfortable, even with heel height! Love Naturalizer. I had to size down a full size (7.5 from 8.5) because the back strap felt loose on me and didn't grip my ankle.

Pretty comfortable for someone who doesn’t wear heels a lot. I was standing outside on a hot day and my feet did swell and they got more uncomfortable. Also I found that my foot did start to slip down and that resulted in my toes squishing in the end and the shoes actually looking a bit small on me when there had been lots of room. I’m not sure the solution for this unless there is a grippy product that one puts on shoes as the side up was harder to walk in as it didn’t really stay on my foot the same way.

This sandal is extremely comfortable, even for someone who doesn’t wear heels often. The heel is the perfect height and thickness to not he “wobbly”. My only issue is with the strap. Although it makes for a good look and a handsome foot, the half strap (not all the way around the foot) tends to slip down the ankle which is a little unpleasant.
