Super happy with the purchase

Great sandal! I have been on a mission for a few years to find the perfect sandal since Merrell redesigned theirs, I have tried 4 or 5 different brands with no luck including $300 birkenstocks, took a gamble on this one, hopes were low as the price is low and you usually get what you pay for, this Kamik sandal is as close to perfection as I have found, it's really comfy and looks good.

The Best I Could Find

2026-05: My comments are relative to my health condition: Disabled and with 3 fatal illnesses. My feet are swollen and sensitive to pressure .. helpful diagnosis & treatment seem impossible in Alberta. Size 12 was a mandatory minimum; most other stores seldom carry larger than size 9. For comfort, padded straps that could be lengthened further were also a minimum. A hardy sole for non-slip, good wear, and longevity was desired and provided. Relatively fast delivery was desired and provided except that Courier logistics slowed this. A reasonable price for the Quality and other Features was a big bonus. Modification were expected to be necessary and were able to be added. An extra hole, size setting .. was added with an awl, to each strap .. to make them longer. A 1/2 inch felt padding custom "sock" was added to each to cushion the straps. Can now be slipped into and secured by a heel strap.
