It's an ok boot
I bought these boots last year. I have the same comment as most. They should have put the laces right up to the top. The fur sticks out and does not look very nice. I will, however, buy 4 d-rings at a fabric store and sew them on the fur to fix the issue. Another issue...we had a very messy, slushy day so I was able to really try them out. My feet got wet because the slush got inside. The tongue is NOT a fully gusseted tongue. Only sewn halfway! Not good. The tongue of a boot needs to be a fully gusseted tongue to make them real waterproof.
No, I do not recommend this product.

warm, short a D-ring

Seems very warm so far and looks nice on as well. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the top of the boot where the fur is, it kind of sticks out from the boot. If the laces went higher it could be pulled inwards. There should have been another D-ring at the top underneath the fur to achieve this.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great for outdoor winter activities

Great boots for walking in cold, deep snow and ice. I purchased these for walking my dogs in winter. We've had an icy year so far and I'm not sliding around! My issue with them is, for some reason half the time my socks are being pulled down as I walk sometimes coming home with the sock almost completely off. It happens more often ony right foot. They do keep my feet warm and dry, but the sock issue is fairly annoying.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Concept,Needs improvement

Not a great purchase, toes went cold after 20 minutes in the cold outside. They fit to tight across the metatarsal part of the foot and I have slender feet, worst of all the cut into the Achilles tendons on the back. If they were more orthotic friendly and had better cold proof material I’m sure they’d be a win. Great concept but needs a lot of work for Canadian winters.

Winter Boots that Work

They keep my feet dry. They are not as warm as the -40 degree they claim to be but they do the job on snowy days. I wish that the laces could be tied or pulled tighter so that the snow wouldn't be able to get inside the boots (I hike in them so the snow can be quite deep). But that is how these particular boots are designed. They are easy enough to get off and on.

They’re very tall so work for snowy weather and their very warm so make to not wear to thick of socks. They do like to eat socks though. I’ve been trying to find tall boots but haven’t I guess the trend is short this year so these work great and go almost to my knees. Also they are completely waterproof.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Good value for price

Good value for decent winter boots. I find they have better grip compared to other more expensive brands. My toes do get cold if I am out for longer periods, even with thick winter socks so I don't feel they should have a -40 cold rating. They are easy to get off and on.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Don't buy these boots!

These boots aren't for a Canadian winter. The cold penetrates horribly through the sole. Standing at 0°C in the snow doesn't protect your feet. They're only good for keeping out the water.
