good arch support for any shoes

It gives good arch support but would be better if it came in different sizes rather than one size fits all.

Fit most casual shoes

Comfortable with some arch support 3/4 length to wear in most casual loafers and slip on shoes. I ordered men's size 8 to 12, and find they slip a bit down into the shoe, so you have to make sure to push them up against the back heel before slipping in your foot. If you are women's size 10 + medium, these will fit.
