sizing is off

I received my typical size (women's 9) and immediately saw that they were extremely big. I actually wonder if these were mistakenly a men's size 9?? It's a shame because the suede was beautiful and the insole looked well-padded. Not sure if I'd want to try reordering another size though as I have not idea what size to try..

Comfortable and Stylish

These shoes are soft and comfortable right out of the box. They are perfect for fall, and look great with jeans. Good amount of support and cushioning, without being stiff. Very happy with them so far!
