My Second Pair
James S.
I bought the cordovan of these shoes a few years ago and the quickly became my favorite shoe. They shine up beautifully and I have received many compliments on them. And of course they are very comfortable coming in a "W" for those of us with wide feet.
After enjoying the cordovan's I finally decided to buy the same shoe in black which arrived just before Christmas. A very comfortable shoe that looks nice in business attire. I really like them and think they look much more expensive than they are and now I can alternate them with the cordovan pair.
My only issue is my older shoes the sole separated from the upper. I super glued it back together and it seems to be fine.

Good looking, well priced oxfords
WHALIE930

My husband needed a good looking work shoe that would could be worn both with dress pants or jeans. These Dockers seemed right. Since he has a wide foot (EEE), we were pleased that the brand comes in wide width. We originally ordered the 9W, as W is only designated as EE. However, the shoes were slightly too long and were slippping, so we re-ordered in 8.5W, and this size was fine.
The only negative is that the shoes are quite stiff, and will require some breaking in, as others have mentioned. But overall, especially for the price, they are sharp oxfords.

I have been buying this shoe for a few years now because it has a normal stylish look, the top stays in good shape for an acceptable period of time, and when purchased on sale, is reasonably priced. The sole however, does not stand up well. If you pronate to the outside when walking, this is not the shoe for you. The heels have a hollow aspect and the tread lines at midfoot are embossed into the sole. The sole ends up splitting at these lines over time and any rain water draws into the sock. The inner sole liner degrades at the heel as well. If you are looking for a shoe to last more than a year, I would suggest you keep looking, as it is not cost effective having them re-soled and re-heeled. Not sure why they can't come in brown as well.

Nice shoes

I normally wear a 10W or 10.5M, depending on the shoe. In this particular case, although I owned other 10W Dockers shoes, the 10W for this pair was a little too tight. So I exchanged it for a 10.5M, which worked fine. The exchange process was smooth and painless. Even at 10.5M, however, the shoes are not super-comfortable; they feel a little stiff but overall they fit fine and they look nice. Look forward to wearing them for a long time (I hope). Would have given it 5 stars if the shoes felt more comfortable.

Nice Shoe But Runs Small

I ordered these shoes for my husband who has always worn a solid 9.5. They arrived and he could barely squeeze his foot into the shoe. I returned them and ordered the next size up, and they fit much better. They are a very classy men's shoe that can be worn with dress pants, or jeans. I love the burgundy color, and my husband says they are decently comfortable for this type of shoe. I would have given this shoe 5 stars if they didn't run so small.
Yes, I recommend this product.

6th Pair of Dockers Gordon

These are my 8th Pair of Dockers Gordon Oxfords, in both black and Brown (Cordovan). I bought my first pair almost 20 years ago and found them very comfortable and a super fit, since I have one foot wider than the other. They wear well and are very suited to a business/casual environment as well as a more formal business event. Once broken in, you hardly know you are wearing them. I don't own or wear any other brand for my semi-formal situations
Yes, I recommend this product.

Top notch casual oxford

I think these are a little too short and a bit too chunky to work well as formal oxfords -- I won't wear them with any of my suits. However, as a smart-casual shoe to wear with nice jeans, chinos, etc., these are AMAZING. I've had a pair of these in black and brown that I've been wearing for about four years, and they're only now beginning to really start to wear out on me. For the price, these are an excellent value for nice casual.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great shoes great price

With my son being 6'10" and wearing a size 17 shoe, finding a pair of dress shoes at a reasonable price can be difficult. It is also challenging to order online without being able to try them on. Happy to say that these are great shoes for the price! The fit was good. He says they are comfortable and he wears them to work daily. Will definitely buy again and may order a 2nd pair in a few weeks just so he has an extra pair.
