Disappointed with the waterproofing

Very disappointed with these shoes. We paid extra to have them waterproofed, but after just one use, they were already completely dirty and stained. My son only wore them to play soccer on the field, and it wasn’t even raining, but the inside of the shoes still got wet. Considering that we paid for the waterproofing service, this is very disappointing. I’m not satisfied with the shoes and would like to return them.
