[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are great, they fit comfortably and have been great for long runs or normal walking days. These are my third pair of Ghosts and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants long lasting comfort and stability in their running shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've run in Ghost's for many years. The 18 is great, as always. The only downside I've experienced so far is the thin shoe tongue - I'm used to more padding there. The overall cushion, stability and general feel of the shoe is great - as I've come to expect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Left foot has had pain/ache since running in this pair. Never had an issue with earlier Ghost models. Pain is on the side of the left foot at the base of the 5th metatarsal. Feels almost like a bone bruise but likely more a peroneal tendonitis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with these shoes. Feels great on my feet. Price is still high for a pair of shoes, but overall a shoe for walking on my treadmill.

I hate these shoes if I could give them a 0 rating I would. They have your heel lifted up and all your weight is on the ball of your foot. Why can't brooks leave these shoes alone have you ever heard if it ain't broke don't fix it. I sent the ghost 18 back they were not wearable. I am looking at Hoka and some other brands. I have been wearing ghost shoes for 12 years but will have to start wearing something else.

I’ve worn Brooks for over 10 years. The last good Brooks shoe was the ghost 16. I don’t know why shoe designers have moved to making all shoes with big stack heights and think that everyone wants a plushy shoe. Designers are also making shoes to narrow. Here is my recommendation for the design/marketing team. Start giving customers options. Offer a couple of models with low, more firm stack heights, keep the same width as the ghost 16’s, and reduce the heel to toe drop to 8mm or 5mm. Some people prefer a more “old school connected to the ground feel” rather than the instability created from feeling like you are walking on a cloud. I’m very disappointed with the direction Brooks and most shoe makers are moving towards. There are many other customers who feel the same way. You will expand your customer base by offering more options. Many people have moved away from brooks to go with other brands like Altras and Topos because they offer lower stack heights, lower heel to toe drops, and have a wider toe box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a shoe that feels a little firmer underfoot than my go-to shoe for long runs. I want to alternate between plush cushion and a firmer cushion. This one fits the bill. It’s firmer, and not too firm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these shoes. Been a Ghost wearer since Ghost 5s, absolutely love these shoes for the gym, walking, and everyday use. The 2E wides are great for my feet but you have to buy them up as they go fast.

I have been wearing Ghosts since Ghost 7. These are the first ones that feel completely different from the previous. Something about shoe is narrower causing pain in toe area and bunion on small toe. I had to double check size thought I had gotten smaller size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this shoe because I can run in it with comfort. Also, when I buy a new one I like to get black on black because they look good for a long time, and initially I will wear to work before I turn it into my daily runner. Thanks Brooks for making such a versatile shoe and offering the wide size so it actually fits!

I’ve been an avid runner for several years and have completed 10 marathons with various iterations of the Ghost. It’s my go to shoe because it works with my type of foot. This version is lighter and more conforming to my foot. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted something soft but still flexible, Ghost 18 was exactly what I was looking for. The upper is so breathable and soft, the tongue is almost sock-like! Over all: dependable, comfortable, and easy to disappear underfoot. IYKYK Also, the white and green color way with the gum sole is SO good, so old school, I love it!
