XTRATUF Men's 6 Ankle Deck Boot

I have bought two pair of these boots in the last 6 months, both pair work well for two months then they start cracking. I do walk more than most people in a day of work, average around 12 miles a day, but I did expect them to last longer than two maybe two and a half months. The first pair I bought was just the blue ankle boots so when they cracked and started letting water in I purchased the grey sport ankle boots they fit better than the regular boots and are much more comfortable but after only having them for almost three months now they have started doing the same thing, I work in water all day love that these boots were tall enough to keep the water out but also not so tall that my legs sweat all day. I would really like to buy another pair but not sure if they are worth it for only two or three months of use. Could some one please try and fix this issue.

Received as a gift May 2023. Absolutely loved the fit on my wide feet and were a great daily driver in Alaska. Unfortunately, they fell apart quickly. By June they began to crack near pinky toe and soles became unglued. Discoloration also occured prematurely in my opinion.

Xtra”weak”. Don’t recommend at all! Didn’t last but 2 months. Didn’t wear them but twice a week if even that.

Work on and clean 20-25 boats a day, great grip on decks and dry feet

Bought these on a whim and they ended up almost being my daily drivers. Because they're so easy to slip in, they became my go to for around the house stuff especially taking the dog out. That same dog chewed off one of the pull tabs on day one but the company couldn't do anything to help with that. The boots held up well for about a year but in year 2, the rubber cracked around the toe creases on both shoes. I still use them for mowing the lawn and other yard work, but they're ready for garbage bin. I'd buy again but only if on sale.

I bought a pair in August 2022 for the beginning of the long Seattle rainy season, and they lasted barely a year. Normal use, stored indoors, and definitely not dealing with anything as tough or wet as a boat deck. They are comfortable and waterproof, until they aren't. After approximately a year (just past the warranty), the shell on one of them started cracking at the crease and now lets in water. Boots were great for one year, which is not what you expect from the brand or the price, but maybe they aren't what they used to be.

i've had a pair for almost 2 years. i live in them during the warmer month. after continuous use they are starting to crack in the toe, but i cant complain about that too much given the amount of abuse i put them through. my biggest complaint is no matter what i try i can get the smell out of them. admittedly i very seldom wear socks with them and they have gotten quite a bit of fish blood/guts in them, but they are advertised to have an odor shield/blocker. its gotten to the point where i have to put them on the overhead when i take them off for fear that one of the other crew will throw them overboard.

We love our XtraTuf boots! My husband bought a pair and then I kept stealing them because they are so awesome. We've bought brown, black and the navy (love this color combo). They are just awesome boots PLUS they look great too! We live in Minnesota and they keep our feet warm and dry while walking our dogs which we do in the rain, sleet and snow. Great for fall-early winter & spring/summer in Minneapolis! WE LOVE them!
