Good Boots
Wore these a couple of times now. They are roomy, warm, and comfortable. I haven't worn them in snow or ice yet. Hopefully, they will stay dry.

Still that same, timeless style and quality
I have owned a number of pairs of UGGs over the years from low to high boots and even slippers. This particular pair were for my 17 year old granddaughter and when I gave them to her last weekend they went right on!!! She has had numerous pairs as well but had outgrown all of them.

Bought online and received 2 LEFT SHOES!
This is mostly a review for the store. I was actually excited because the UGG quality is great — but I ended up receiving two left shoes instead of a matching pair. I honestly don’t know whether to be mad or just laugh, because you’d think this is the ONE thing a shoe store would double-check before shipping. My package came from DSW in Lloydminster! This is such a basic thing to check before shipping. Like Seriously? I’m returning them, of course, but I bought them during the Black Friday sale… so now I don’t even know if I’ll be able to get the same price again. Just such a frustrating and honestly ridiculous experience. Hoping the exchange process goes smoothly, but this really shouldn’t have happened.
