Design Flaw, please review.

There is a design flaw where the velcro strap is stitched into the top of the shoe near the front ankle. The stitching goes straight through and creates a hard ridge at the front of the shoe. it should be redesigned, it creates blisters and bleeding ankles. My daughter cannot wear these due to this.

Do not buy these

We’re so disappointed in these shoes. We bought these December 11th and within 2 weeks the laces had snapped. I thought for sure that New Balances would be better quality than the under armor and Nike shoes we had previously purchased for our son but they’re easily the worst

My daughter runs the track in these shoes and she is soo happy with them. She says they're light and the foam is very comfortable. They are also really cute!

Velcro issues!

The Velcro on these shoes stop working within a few weeks. I’ve never experienced this in kids shoes before, this is a significant design flaw. apparently, other families we know have experienced the same thing, we just did not check in with each other before ordering. I mean, who would do that with shoes, but point is this is a known issue.

The best shots and comfortable

These New Balance shoes are incredibly comfortable! I work as a teacher and spend many hours on my feet, and they have been the best sneakers for me. I highly recommend them! I even bought a pair for my 9-year-old daughter to wear to school, and she loves them too.

Velcro strap needs to be longer

I purchased extra wide sneakers for my daughter with Down Syndrome. Everything about the sneakers are great except the velcro straps are always too short and don’t latch. I wish they made longer straps to accommodate little feet with a high instep.
