Jessica Simpson Women's Lyrik Pump

I personally like the look of the product as well as the comfort it provides. My displeasure is with the state of the shoes at most of your stores. My initial pick up was at your Eglinton location however the inside of the right shoe had a tear and a visible expansion in the sides. I was directed to a franchise store which was across the road for an exchange. However, the pair at that location wasn't any better. The shoe I ended up with had visibly dirty outsoles. I understand that people try on shoes when they come into the store however, I believe there should be a system to frequently inspect shoes and ensure that it's in the best state when a customer purchases it. In my opinion, value for money is every customer's expectation.

Love the shoe height, fit, width and style. I wish the toe point was shorter like a previous style but that’s more of a preference. Overall great comfortable shoe and good quality.

I find ‘Jessica Simpson’ pumps to be extremely comfortable!! I have them in beige and had to have them in black… a classic pump. If you love heels, this is a great one.

High quality. I recommend breaking them in first before your dinner date. Absolutely love them. Her footwear never disappoints.

Easy to walk in as they are going to be for her grad ceremony, banquet and dance
