Sole pad

The sole pad is sliding back and need to hold it so it wont slide but it happened again. I want to stick it with glue but it may destroy the style.

Since getting these we only had one substantial snow fall. They seem warm enough and are a little on the loose side although I ordered my normal size, but if I am wearing thicker socks should be okay. Only thing is the sides kind of puff out a bit, like I have them pulled up and tied tight but the sides kind of bulge out like the boot is scrunching up. They are very cute and the lining is soft and comfy though so it isn't too bad. Maybe it would not happen with long or skinny leg people not sure.

These boots are warm and easy to pull on, good grips too. My right ankle bone got chafed when I wore them for a while, not uncommon for me for some reason. If the black rubber part ended a little sooner before the fabric began it would solve this problem.

Although, the shoes are very warm but the inner sole of the shoe is continuously sliding out. It’s really hard to walk in these shoes and it’s very uncomfortable at the same time. I am regretting my decision of buying these shoes🙁

Size is perfect but the rubber on the outside heel rubs on the ankle bone and is very uncomfortable when walking , have to put padding in the boot so it does not rub, wore them outside to try them so could not return them

Love the boot! Was not impressed when shopping! Was 15 mins before closing and they made me feel not welcome! And even said I could come back the next day!
