Super warm and comfortable. I only gave it a four out of five because the zipper kind of gets stuck midway up where the band is. It’s very difficult to get the zip all the way up.

I like these boots, they look nice, are warm and comfortable. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to a possible defect in design, unfortunately. These are actually my second pair (the first pair I had bought was a similar model a few years ago) but there was an issue with the material around the heel where it bunched, became uncomfortable and ripped. So, I bought this pair and within the second wear, I noticed a little bunch when putting on, but now because I am aware of this, I move my foot a certain way as to not bunch the material any more, so it has been ok. Anyhow, comfy boots, but be aware of this. I am wondering if anyone else had this problem?
