Terrible shipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boot itself seems pretty nice, wish I could actually comment on how it fits but I never got my product. Contacted customer service many times which also led to nothing. Contacted the shipping company who said that Timberland didn't put my full address on the label, who does that? Specially when I had ordered before Christmas so my son would use it for the holiday. Really disappointed with the whole situation, the boot still being shipped around lost in between other states without a destination to get to.

Stylish and Comfort for Warmer Days

Tough to put on -- great otherwise

These are nice sturdy shoes for the winter or rainy season. But they are a PAIN to get on. The material is very frigid and unforgiving so getting them on requires a lot of wrist grease... but once they're on, they can withstand the rain, muddy grass, rocky paths, and slippery floors.

Great first shoe!

These are adorable! Among the style features, the wide velcro is both easy and chic, and the lower top compared to some Tims seems better for a little one. I bought these for my son who is about to turn one as his first shoes (also cute for little girls). I am a huge fan of Tims and I love how versatile they are. I could see these working with with almost any outfit!
