Poor quality

This shoe is very comfortable but poor quality. I have only worn a couple of times and there are already marks and cuts that are clearly visible and are not repairable.

Received my sandals today.
I'm sure they would've been lovely had the right sandal not been so stretched out by someone else wearing them!
The soles are dirty and clearly show wear. I can't believe I'd be shipped something like that, being passed off as new.
Best believe they're going back for a full refund.

Really lovely but…

I’ve been eyeing these sandals for a while and finally got them and I love them. They are very comfortable and fit true to size. However, the first day I wore them, the light brown part at the front somehow “chipped” so they’re now marked up. I need to color it in with a crayon or something so it’s not noticeable. This was while I was walking around in an office environment so I wasn’t being rough or anything. I still really like them, just wish they were a little more durable for the price I paid.
