Bag okay trim come apart

I am in Japan right now. Bought the bag to take to Japan and all the rubber black trim is all coming apart. There are hanging from my bag so I had to cut the hanging ones. I am bringing it to either return it or get an exchange it.

Love this crossbody purse perfect size with many compartments so I’m well organized. Looks great, wish I had also bought this purse in the bone/beige colour for the summer,I regret not buying both colours for both seasons, I’ve used this bag for 2 years now and it’s in great shape, very important is it has a very good zipper.

Great Size ,great Compartments

I’ve had this bag for the 2nd, year now and love the size and many compartments, love a crossbody so I’m hands free to shop, the many compartments I know Excatly where everything is and is easily accessible,the bag is not to big and not too small…just perfect. I would love to buy the exact same purse in a cream colour for summer. Would definitely buy again.

This is a pretty smart looking purse. It has less space in it than the former purse I bought at your store in spite of looking bigger. The pockets don't accommodate bulkier items. I'll use it until it wears out and then hope for something more spacious and flexible next time around.

Cute with nice pockets

Spacious with multiple pockets. My only complaint is that the plastic film was extremely difficult to remove from the metal plate on the front - so you either must not be bothered by little bits of plastic sticking out, or risk scratching the material of the purse to scrape out the remaining plastic from the edges.

The look is great. There are lots of handy pockets. I did find the strap to be too long and had to have additional holes punched in it.
