I'm usually a 10 in running shoes but should have sized down to a 9. My heel slipped a lot - my solution, I tightened the laces and tied a small knot. They are a clunkier looking shoe than I realized from the photos, but they look fine with wide pants.

I love these shoes. I was able to get them in a wide. I have high arches and these days the shoes are being made too narrow. I ordered my reg sz 7.5 and they fit perfect. I could have even went to a 7. Most comfortable show I own so far!
