I bought these sandals for my husband. He loved them. Whether you're at the pool or a backyard cookout, the Darwyn sandal from Rockport is ideal for warm-weather fun. These criss-cross sandals feature a durable leather construction and are finished with truTECH cushioning at the heel for a comfortable stride. These sandals feature a Leather upper, they are Slip-on and have Round open toes, Fabric lining, a cushioned footbed, EVA midsole and Rubber traction soles. Elderly Man

Purchased these for my father. He had been wearing plastic slip ons that were not sturdy. These were a definitely improvement. The wide fit was not wide enough if worn with socks but he managed to slide his feet in. So far so good and ultimately satisfied the need for a good pair of reliable slip ons for an elderly man.
