Lucky Brand Women's Basel Bootie

I would give this boot 5 stars based on comfort & style BUT I wore this shoe less than 5 times and the heel color is rubbing off from driving. The color of mine are black, not a very dark brown as pictured. I would be ok with it being black if it was that color throughout the heel. As you can see from the pictures it’s a very light brown underneath. One of the little rubber strips was coming off & I had to trim it. I’m devastated as I spent a lot of money on a boot that looks like I wore it a million times after only 5 uses. Not that it should even matter but of those 5 times it was in dry weather. I don’t know what to do with them or how to even make them look better. If I take them to shoe repair it will cost a lot of money to replace the heel. I do not recommend at all. For this amount of money they are not well made.

The leather was scuffed and peeling in some areas understandably since I wore them a lot, so this year I decided to replace them because I really enjoyed my first pair. This pair FELL APART after one day of casual wear. They were worn in moderate weather, no extreme circumstances, and the leather is peeling off in 3 separate large circles. I am beyond disappointed that I will have to be purchasing a second pair of $100+ black booties for winter, and I am not sure that this loyal lucky girl will ever purchase from here again. Decline in quality over the past few years = BAD SIGN

I bought this bootie a few months ago because I thought they were so adorable. I've only worn them a handful of times and the toe has become creased. They are very uncomfortable to wear as the crease puts pressure on my toe. I have pointed out the crease in the picture and it is much more pronounced when the shoe is being worn.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I have had this product for a month and the sole is completely worn out. There were scuff marks on the leather within one use. I would have expected better quality material for the price. The sole on the heels are completely worn and were not durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my package, the boots were scuffed and looked used. Very unhappy as I like this brand, this shoe and was really looking forward to wearing these for a long time. Returning and hoping to receive and unused and unstuffed pair.
