Disappointing fit

i just bought this pair last week which was one size down from my regular size. I wore it just for a few hours on this Saturday to be exact & after that I felt like it got loose suddenly! I loved the design so much that I bought it for my vacation but it actually ruined it! I was expecting much better quality from this brand! I am wondering whether the quality of this design is that bad or mine was a faulty pair! Now I cannot even exchange/ return it as I wore it once! such a wastage!

Ridiculously tight

They look so stylish, and I thought I got a great deal on the price. However, although they're listed as normal width, they should be called skinny. I'm a size 10. Only 3 of my toes stuck out at the top, and my other two toes were squished in very tightly. I could zip up the backs, but I'd hate to walk anywhere in these shoes. I'll be returning them.
