The most comfortable and versatile shoes I’ve ever owned. Have been wearing these almost daily for the past 10 months for walking, hiking, vacationing in Costa Rica, etc, and they’ve held up remarkably well. Easy to adjust to make looser or tighter as needed — I opted for 1/2 size up than I normally wear so I can use them with or without socks.

O LOVE all of my Keen footwear. Over the last few years, I have accumulated over 15 different pairs in different styles of Keen footwear! (Okay, so I'm a hoarder of Keen shoes) Anyhow, I wanted to let people know that I wear a women's size 8, and all but 3 pairs have been a size 8 and fit perfectly. The three pairs of 8. 5 that I have are slightly big. I gave my hiking boots to my daughter, and she just loves them. The other two pairs of sandals I can wear. The half size larger isn't too big of a deal. My three pairs of Whispers are size 8, and fit really nice.

I don't normally get Keen shoes because I have a narrow foot and Keen tends to run pretty wide. These allow adjustment to accommodate my narrowness. There was no break in period - great from the start, no blisters/rubs, even in and out of water and then hiking 5 or more miles over rocky trails. Great grip on wet surfaces (Including algae covered rocks in streams), too. I am so pleased with these! I will be disappointed when it gets cold and I have to go back to my hiking boots. When I get home, I just hose these off and they look new again.

If you like sandals, the perfect shoe

I bought these shoes in the smoke blue color about 6 years ago when pregnant with my first kid. I live in Texas so 98% of the year is sandal weather. I have LIVED in these sandals. They are just now coming apart. The smoky blue color is my version of a natural color and goes with absolutely everything. I wear these literally everywhere, all year round for nearly 6 years. The rubber toe bumper thing keeps my toes and upper feet safe while the sandals portion enables my feet to breath. I've gone to weddings, hiking, church, etc. They have carried me through 4 pregnancies & post partum with every other shoe stops fitting or hurts my foot. If I had to pick one shoe to wear forever it would be these. I'm hoping to just buy the exact same shoe, again and enjoy for another 6 years.

I have many pairs of Keen sandals, but these are the first Whispers that I've had. I LOVE them more than my others, and I love them all. I have the Retro, and the Newport, but these Whispers are by far much more comfortable, if that's possible. Maybe because they are lighter weight? However, I have a somewhat narrow foot, and I'm not so sure these would fit a wider foot. They fit my feet perfectly with not much room to spare. I wear a women's 8, and I ordered an 8, and they fit great!

My first pair of Keens lasted for years. I finally had to admit that I would need to replace my old favorites. I have difficulty finding shoes that fit comfortably. This shoe fit comfortably the day I slipped it on. However, before you order follow the manufacturer's recommendation and measure your foot and check their sizing chart. I had to order a half size larger than I usually buy. Now I have a new favorite pair of shoes.
