Disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs, in sizes 8.5 and 9. The 8.5 was a perfect fit around me heel area. Unfortunately, it has scffd marks, and what looks like a bit of playdoh or something stuck between the rhinestones on the toe area. The bottom looked new, so maybe it was a display piece instore. Will be returning.
