Sizing Is Off

I ordered a 9 Medium which is the same size of my current pair of JBU Mary-Janes (and the same size of 2 previous pairs), but they’re too short to wear by at least 1/4”, and the width fits much looser/wider, so I don’t feel that sizing up is an option. I will be returning them.
