Same experience as the previous reviewer. These are extremely poor quality and the bottom of one of my heels snapped off after only wearing it once. Also, they are NOT comfortable! they squeezed my pinky toe so tight and gave me blisters because they are so narrow! it hurt to walk in them all day. I’m upset that I paid so much just to wear it once and have them break so easily, and I don’t think DSW will give a refund. I’ve only had them for 6 days!

It looks great! Fits great and comfortable as much it can be with that heel! I walked around comfortably in downtown for couple hours with it.

Do not do it

I just wore these all day and had to write a review asap. DO NOT BUY THEM. Franco Sarto owes me new feet because the ones I have are done. At least 5 blisters and an immeasurable amount of regret later, I'm now wiser, poorer, and more swollen than I was 11 hours ago. Oh, and one of the heel caps shaved down quite a bit. Unless your plan is just to wear them to sit and walk for a few minutes, don't do it.

faulty heel

I bought these for my graduation and they were beautiful. Then, the bottom of the right heel snapped off within one minute of walking in them. I was sooo disappointed. I bought them in store while traveling but do not live near a DSW and DSW has refused to refund me or send me new pair without going to the store, even though I used my online account to buy them. A truly disappointing experience.

Poor Quality Shoes

I saw these shoes and knew I had to get them. But after a couple wears, the bottom part of one of my heels snapped off. I thought that it was possibly just a faulty shoe, so I repurchased them. I didn't even get to wear the second pair as many times as the first until I realized that the same piece had snapped off of the new pair. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Horribly Uncomfortable

I never write reviews on anything so this should tell you… these are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. I wore them to an event and could barely walk a block home after, and then decided to put myself through torture again and wear them to sit at a bar and, again, I could barely walk a block home. Save yourself the money and pain and look elsewhere!!!
