Terrible Design

I really thought these would be comfortable. Took on a cruise...only wore them 20 minutes and had to change. The heel side strap has elastic so when you walk your heel slides off On inside. Poor design and honestly not safe. I will try to return and would like a response from DSW or Clark's.

These sandals are supper comfortable!! I am a 9.5 Wide so I got that exact size, and I had to size down to a 9 as the back strap was loose on me, even though it was adjusted all the way. So definitely size down a half size!!

Back Strap Will Not Stay On
