Terrible Design

I really thought these would be comfortable. Took on a cruise...only wore them 20 minutes and had to change. The heel side strap has elastic so when you walk your heel slides off On inside. Poor design and honestly not safe. I will try to return and would like a response from DSW or Clark's.
