Weirdly wide strap at the front of the shoe

I really wanted these sandals to fit, because they're super cute and lightweight - perfect for summer. I had to order a wide fit to accommodate a bunion on one foot. Weirdly, these shoes were so wide that my entire foot slipped through the front...absolutely nothing to hold them in, as the front strap was so loose. Sadly, I had to return them.

No, I do not recommend this product.
