This is the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever owned. They feel so comfortable its like I'm wearing sneakers. The has a quiet rubber sole, but better than loud wood soles when walking down the hallway at work. My only complaint is that it seems like it uses faux leather that is very soft but wears out quickly (I have had my brown Clarks for about 1 year). Perhaps you are supposed to treat these shoes like sneakers and once they are worn out you toss them and buy another pair. I loved my brown Clarks so much that I also bought them in black.

Bought these for my husband who usually buys very expensive dress shoes that require a long period of time to break in and even then they aren't the most comfortable. THESE on the other hand were comfy for him, right away. he was afraid he wouldn't like the look of the little stretch by the laces, but you don't even see it and it make for even greater comfort. The style is timeless too. For the price you cannot go wrong!

I bought this pair of shoes for my husband more than a month ago. He loves it. Even though he cannot wear it out during quarantine, he wears it at home almost everyday.
Pros:
Extremely comfortable
Great looking for both fashion and work
Great leather
Great price at DSW
Cons:
None but he wishes the shoes could be a little longer for more fashion element.

Clarks have always been a classy brand , and for putting on a suit and looking sharp a classic like the Clarks' Tilden Cap Toe Oxford gives one the confidence that they're well dressed. They were very affordable at DSW ,love the free shipping and easy exchange or return policy. Clarks are comfortable and well made and classy.

This is the second pair of these I've owned. The first pair I beat up through extensive use and all season wear. While this is a versatile, comfortable, and sharp looking shoe, you should expect the insole to degrade over time (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Still, very highly recommended - great shoe.

I am a big guy and need a size 14 shoe that won’t wear down as easily due to my size. This shoe is just that. I love the feel, and the width is perfect. I’m on my feet a lot at work and so far, these shoes beat all my other ones for sure when it comes to quality and comfort! I highly recommend!

My husband replaces these shoes with the same exact pair whenever they wear out. He is on his feet most of the day and finds these extremely comfortable, especially due to the elastic gusseting on the sides of the laces. they are stylish and work with both formal and casual wear.
