Not as advertised

I bought the white/bone sneaker, it appears completely white on the website. I looked at both the white and the white/bone, and they both looked the exact same, completely white. Got my shoes today and there are areas of the shoe that are almost a taupe color. Will be returning.

Terrible

These are actually terrible shoes. Lovely design, and at first they are so comfortable. But the soles of the shoe are not solid, and will eventually cave in. I saved these shoes to wear on vacation in Europe and after only a few days walking in them, I had to throw them out completely as my heels were sinking inwards. When I opened the shoe to investigate I saw the inside is like a weird lattice configuration made out of foam. Terrible quality. I hope I can get a refund!
