Look cute but poor quality

Bought these in the fur material four months ago. I wear them at work only (no outdoor use), which is carpeted/tiled in the office. The tips of the shoes have already worn down and the right heel has worn down too. Poor quality.

Cant walk far enough as my feet hurts, I bought heel anti-slip to prevent from slide as it does not hold a grip from tile floors or hardwood.Overall the looks and materials looks perfect.
