Heel feel like a nail in the foot

Hello My wife bought this show and she is experiencing pain in her feet because of the heel. It feels like that she has rested her heels on nails. Because she wore the shoes, we did not make a call as when I complained regarding the shoe comfort last time, I was told that nothing could be done. Regards Kumel

Comfort, style and worthiness

A little heavy, to walk in. However, the style is sleek and embraced my feet. It is roomy should have get the size 10 instead but wearing it with socks in the cooler weather will give me the room for comfort, so it balances out. I like it! The boots worth the price
