These women’s Aetrex L420 Complete Posted orthotics are designed to suit your active lifestyles. These tri-density orthotics provide optimal comfort and support to help relieve arch pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and heel pain. The posted heel helps control over-pronation and provides balance to those having low arches to flat feet. The top cover has antimicrobial CopperGuard® with advanced polyester fibers to remove moisture from the foot and provide a cool, smooth surface that helps prevent blisters or other problems. A Pro-Shox® polyurethane layer helps absorb shocks, reduce impacts, and provide excellent cushioning. The Aerocell™ polyurethane performance base helps ensure high energy return, shock absorption, and shape retention.
