Broken Lacing Eyelet

Bought these shoes, but the string that forms the eyelets for the laces broke. Went and exchange for a new pair and the second pair the eyelets failed again! Will be returning these for a different brand or model.

Looked fine. Performed terribly

Bought these as an overall shoe for a month long international backpacking trip. One week in, the string (loop) that the laces weave through broke off ruining any ability to tighten or wear these shoes. Sadly, space is limited, which is why I chose these generic looking shoes, so I won't be able to exchange since I'm not going to carry broken shoes around the world just to get my refund. Extraordinarily disappointed and highly recommend against purchasing.

Lace Eyes/Guides Ripped/Brok

bought first pair and when lacing up, the string that makes up the eye broke. Took them back for an exchange and the second pair had the same problem! Not sure if just got two pair that were defects but taking back and not sure I'm getting same pair.

Nice Black Sneaker, but Not Supportive Enough

I bought this shoe due to the need for black sneakers for work. The black is cute but I found the beige sole less and less classy. I also found it too flat for me causing pain/discomfort, and I replaced it with a Sketchers Slip In sneaker.

Great Shoe, But Not Made Well

The shoe fit great, looked great and felt good on my husband’s feet. Unfortunately one of the lace eyelets broke within a week of him owning the shoes. We had to return them. DSW was great in the return process.
