HOW DO I USE MY FAVOURITES?
If you are a SHOE VIP Rewards member, you can save your favourites. It's an amazing way to keep track of what you love, save it for later, get updates, and share with friends and family. Here's how it works:
Using Your Favourites:
- Log in with your SHOE VIP Rewards membership. Not a member? Create an account
- Your Favourites are already waiting — just add things you want to save using the heart icon on the product image.
- Want to view your Favourites? Go to your account and click the heart icon.
- Buying something from your Favourites list is simple. Just click "Add to Bag" and check out as usual.
Sharing your Favourites:
- It’s easy to share your Favourites on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, email and text.
- While on your Favourites page, check the items you would like to share, choose "Share" at the top, then copy the link or email your Favourites.
HOW DO I EARN A REWARD?
VIP Insiders receive 1 point per $1 spent on eligible product purchases at The Shoe Co. or theshoecompany.ca. VIP Influencers receive 1.5 points per $1 spent. Additionally, all members (VIP Insiders and VIP Influencers) receive surprise bonus points with every purchase. Shoe VIP members will automatically receive a $5 reward every time they reach 100 points. Members also have the opportunity to “opt in” to adjust this threshold and receive a $10 reward each time they reach 150 points or a $20 reward each time the reach 200 points.
All Rewards will be credited to your account 24-48 hours following your purchase.
Points can also be earned by writing a product review on The Shoe Co. website and by opting into promotional emails.
CAN I CHOOSE MY REWARD AMOUNT?
You can choose the rate at which you receive your Rewards. Your default will be automatically set to receive a $5 Reward once you reach 100 points.
However, if you prefer to save up for Rewards at higher intervals amounts, you can choose to receive a $10 Reward (150 points) or a $20 Reward (200 points).
Rewards will be given at the denomination that you have your preferences set at. For example, if your denomination is set at $5 and you spend $200, you will receive two $5 Rewards.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING BENEFITS AS A SHOE VIP MEMBER?
Shoe VIP members receive free shipping on every order with no minimum spend.
WHAT IS A 3X THE POINTS DAY?
VIP Influencers can choose one day per calendar year when they are eligible for triple points (3 points for every $1 spent) in stores and online on all purchases made that day.
WHAT IS THE BIRTHDAY GIFT?
If members provide their birthday (month and day), they receive a 20% off gift to redeem anytime within 30 days following the birthday declared.
HOW DOES THE KIDS’ BONUS REWARD WORK?
When you purchase 3 pairs of kids’ shoes (youth and toddler sizes as specified in the terms & conditions) in a calendar year, you earn a $20 reward to use for themselves or anyone in their family within 30 days of receipt.
Eligible Kids shoes are identified as youth (sizes 5-10) and toddler (sizes 11-7) OR any sku number starting with an ‘8’.
WHAT IF I SHOP AT BOTH THE SHOE CO. AND DSW? CAN I BE A MEMBER OF BOTH LOYALTY PROGRAMS?
Yes! If you sign up to be a member of the Shoe VIP program [associated with The Shoe Co. and theshoecompany.ca] and the DSW VIP program [associated with DSW stores and DSW.ca, you can earn points at all these stores in their respective programs.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY SHOE VIP MEMBER NUMBER?
You can find it in your account on theshoecompany.ca or The Shoe Co. app; in the welcome email you received after signing up for Shoe VIP; and on the Shoe VIP page by selecting "Forgot it?" next to the Shoe VIP member number field.

HOW DO I REDEEM A REWARD?
In The Shoe Co. stores:
Simply provide the store associate with your Shoe VIP member number, and the discount will instantly be applied.
On theshoecompany.ca:
Log in to your Shoe VIP account and apply your available Reward(s) during checkout.
On The Shoe Co. app:
Like the website, log in to your Shoe VIP account, and apply your available Reward(s) during checkout.
WHAT IF I LOST MY EMAIL COPY OF A REWARD?
You can provide your Shoe VIP member number to an associate in stores, and any available Rewards in your account will be applied during checkout.
WHEN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE, DO I GET MY REWARD BACK?
If you’re exchanging an item the same day that your Reward was applied, it will still be valid for the item you're exchanging it for.
For all returns, points will be credited back to your Shoe VIP account within 1-7 business days. If you’re returning multiple items, the point value associated with each item will be credited separately to your account.
WHY DON'T I RECEIVE SHOE VIP POINTS WHEN I BUY THE SHOE CO. GIFT CARD?
When you purchase The Shoe Co. Gift Card, you’re converting your money into "store cash" for your recipient to spend. If the person spending is a Shoe VIP member, they will earn points when redeeming the Gift Card.
Gift Cards are the only items at The Shoe Co. that will not earn you Shoe VIP points when purchased.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT. CAN THEY BE COMBINED?

HOW DO I DONATE SHOES?
You can donate new or gently used shoes by bringing them to any The Shoe Co. store and dropping them in the Shoe It Forward box.
You’ll get 50 points for every donation made! Just let a store associate know about your donation, and give them your Shoe VIP member number. Note that points are given per donation, not per pair donated. Points can only be awarded once per day, but are unlimited per year.

I SIGNED UP FOR SHOE VIP IN A STORE. HOW DO I SET UP MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
It’s easy to set up your Shoe Co. account online at theshoecompany.ca (and earn points on all your online purchases!).
Simply register on the website using the same email address you used in store to sign up, create a password, and login. Within the next 24-48 hours, your point balance will reflect points from both your in-store and online purchases and you will be able to see all of your earned rewards.
