    Perfect Insole Replacement

    I purchased these because the insoles in my favourite runners had completely deteriorated. Everytime I'd walk in them I'd feel lumps and eventually I just ripped them out and threw them in the garbage. I didn't have to do any trimming, I wear a size 9 to 10 and they fit perfectly in my running shoes. They don't move or slip and I can now wear my shoes again comfortably.
