Great book bag however not the design
1 star because I think UA could do better ordered the good camp that my son specifically chose and even shows on my order status it arrives and it is white not pleased I try a exchange and guess what all the other colors are unviable instead of showing good customer service UA just decided to send me what they had this is not the color I wanted for my son especially white it will dirty fast not contacting the me to say there is an issue for how exe since these are your think the customer service would be much better now my son is stuck with a bag he did not want and I will have to listen to him complain all year

Top Tier Backpack
Of all the backpacks UA carries, this model has to be my favorite. The straps have a ton of cushion that does hurt my shoulders even having it on for hours. Also, the size of this model is perfect for flying; fits perfectly under the seat and I've used it at the airport several times.

My Go To Backpack.
The Hustle backpack has been my go to for traveling. My original backpack that was purchased over 5 years ago is starting to show enough wear that I need a new one. I do miss the bottom zipper compartment in the old backpack. It was great to store shoes or extra clothes. The new backpack has the same great quality and a little more organization inside.
