Return
Very unhappy with your service. First pair I ordered way too big. Ordered a smaller size slips up and down on my heal still. Tried to return again and it started I cannot return?? Don’t quite understand. If not satisfied with the shoe why can I not return? I order shoes all the time from you. Would like an answer. I would even switch them for a different style. This style does not fit me. Would appreciate an answer. Thank you

Poor fit
On my foot, the opening cuts and rubs across the big toe bone. Additionally, the strap is too short if you have a high arch. Lately, Ugg seems to be making shoes for thin, narrow feet.

Cute But Could Be Better
Cute shoe but not worth the price tag imo. Bought my usual flat/sneaker size 7. 5 in the Dusty Orchid. My foot is average medium width. The fit of this Mary Jane sneaker is loose around the arch and heel, even with the strap tightened. That’s the only thing keeping the shoe on my foot when walking. Even though the length and toe box are great, my heels slide up more than they should. A size smaller would have been too short for my foot. The insole is not the greatest for long walks. Yes, the fur will keep my feet warmer on cool days, but there is no good squish in them. The arch support is nice though. Two thumbs up there. It would just be 10x better for walking, and more worth the price point, with a more shock absorbent insert for the heel. Color is as pictured - more light purple that leans pinkish. Very cute and acts as a different type of neutral color that I appreciate. The quality of the shoe’s outside material is excellent. Delivery was speedy. Overall, a good quality shoe, but could be better for the price point.
