Good service
I was looking for a specific shoe and online site showed stock at this location. I called the store store and they physically located the shoes, offered to hold them for me and provided the stores closing time. Shoes were ready at cash when I picked them up.

Nice wide supportive shoe
very comfortable and supportive shoe. I have a hard to fit foot size but this shoe with it's extra wide fit is great. I purchased a second pair to put away in case the style is discontinued. Only issue I have is the laces are too long and have to be tied in a double know so they don't come undone and drag on the ground

Solid and comfortable waterproof hiker
Buying shoes one has not worn before always has one wondering if the shoe will be a good choice and a comfortable fit. I am glad to say that so far (I have only had the shoes for a week) that I am very pleased with my purchase. The construction of the shoe is high quality and seems robust (obviously a good idea for hikers!) so that I hope they will stand up to ongoing usage. In terms of fit they seem to run slightly wide - I have a relatively wide foot and often need to go up half a size to get a good fit but in this case I saw some reviews that indicated the shoe runs somewhat wide and therefore went for my 'correct' shoe size. That worked out well. Hopefully the shoe will stand up to the wet climate on the west coast and I will have dry feet for a long time to come.
