Laces too long

Cute boots that were comfortable and fit true to size. Unfortunately, the laces are much longer than pictured when the boot is actually tightened. They were so long they dragged on the ground by an inch or two. They obviously could be tied, but that defeats the purpose of a slip on boot. I wanted to love these but ultimately returned.

They are not waterproof. My feet are wet in barely any snow.. Really upset as they claimed they are and were $150+tax
