Outstanding customer service
The shoe doesn’t look as good as the last ones that wore out before a year was up. The manager of the CR store is amazing though. She looked at the old ones that I was wearing which were bout 9 months old and said find another pair if you like and we will refund. Amazing service, thank you very muc. It’s not often that you find this kind of customer service now.

Best west shoes I've ever had
They are very comfortable, supportive, breathable and slip ones. The best work shoe i have probably ever owned. Only thing is I wish it was a 12 Wide instead of a 13 but otherwise great

Wrong shoes
I was given 2 left shoes and the staff even checked. I had to drive 2 hours to get to thr location and 2 hours home. Only to have to do it again for a total of 8 hours!
