I can't wear heels as often now, but these wedges felt secure. I also am replacing all my slides to sandals with a slingback as it reduces foot pain, allowing my foot to not strain to keep the shoe on. I have a wide foot, so having the ability to adjust the toe strap is a game changer. I just wish the upper was leather not synthetic as any scuff rips easily. But most shoes are heading to synthetic, even higher end name brands like this one.

Nice looking shoe but the sizing was a bit off. Got my regular size 9.5W and there was space left in the front and back. Returned it same day.

Unfortunately on day 2 of wearing them the sides of the sandal came unattached from the base. I had to keep wearing them as I was at an event. By the end of the even the second side had come unattached and a similar ossie on the othet shoe. Thankfully I could keep them on well enough for the rest of the night. Hopefully I can return or exchange them!

Purchased these shoes one day. They were really comfortable when I tried them on. The next day, wore them for about two hours (most of which was spent sitting down) and when I got back home, the strap attached to the back of the shoe was totally detached from the shoe.

These are a nice looking, comfy sandal. I ordered the wide width in size seven. These are very long for a seven and i could have gotten regular width with the adjustable straps by the toe.

I LOVED these shoes. They were exactly what I wanted and so comfortable but I had them for 2 days of wear and the strap broke and came out of the heel. I tried to glue it and fix it but it keeps breaking. I am so sad because I dont want to return them because I loved when they were not broken but I also live 3 hours away from the store so even if I wanted to its hard to do. Its so disappointing

I bought these shoes because they were comfortable and affordable. The very first time I wore them I went to get out of my car and I was surprised to have them come apart above the toes. I had no idea the toes were velcro like the ankle. As I stepped out of the car the velcrowed strap on the toes let lose, the shoe went out from under me and i staggered and i fell twisting my back and uper body. These shoes were defective and because of the defective velcro, they caused me physical pain. I was at an event and could not change my shoes and continuosly had to have someone reatach the velcro over the toes.i could not go barefoot and i had to walk very cautiously so i dod fall again. These shoes are a tripping hazad. I took them back to The Shoe Company and was told it was because of wear and tear. I tried to explain that I bought them a couple of days earlier and this was the first time I wore them. The Shoe Company manager at the store didnt even look at the receipt. She just said, no refund this is wear and tear. After a heated discuscion she finally took the time to look at the recipt and and realized the velcro was faulty, she agreed to give me a store credit. I called customer service and i was told someone would get back to me in 3 days. That didn't happen so i called back and was told I would get a call back this comjng Monday. I am not impressed at all with the instore policy or customer service and althought the people at customer service at head offce were pleasant,their word appears to mean nothing. The Shoe Company needs to stand behind their product and not blame everything on were and tear. They need to take responsibility for selling defctive shoes and not always blame the customer. The store manager acknowledged that the shoe velcro was defective and for that reason only was I give a store credit. To this day i am suffereing with back pain and stiffness and swollen ankles because of these substandard shoes they are selling. The Shoe Company needs to do better!
