Heel cracked after about 3 hours of wear

These ginormous block heels didn't stand up to very much wear. I put them on around noon for a wedding at 3:30, and my left heel cracked in towards my sole before the ceremony. Unfortunate, as they were very stylish and mostly comfortable (at least on the right foot).

Nice looking, but hurts my feet.

Bought 2 months ago size 7.5 US. Toe box is a little narrow, rubbing; and slippery when there's slight moisture. Hurts my feet. I already wore them, so I can't return. Hopefully I can get something for the toe box to prevent rubbing/slipping.

Very comfortable. My feet are wide and the size 10 fits perfectly. Insoles that are soft and make the wear comfortable. Defintiely designed by girls' girls with style AND comfort in mind, which we dont often see in heels.
