Elements Men's Waterproof Lace-Up Ice Grip Clip Winter Boot

We like the lace-up look, and the zippers make it much easier to put on & off. We have some concern about the dual zippers holding up over time, as they 'bend the corner' from the ankle to shin. Assuming the stress-point of the ankle flexing, I worry that one or both zippers will break open. Is there any kind of manufacturer's warranty? I don't want to see these zippers break after a year or two. I do like the Ice-Clip & have the same on my (Women's) boots. I rarely use the ice-clip & doubt my husband will use the clip, but I did point out to him, that it was a useful feature, since he clears the snow & ice. Pls. let me know if there is a manufacturer's warranty on these boots, esp. the zippers? Thank you.

It is not water proof. I bought this boots and on the next day walking in the rain my socks were wet. I don't know how the water got in, but I think from the side zipper. Over all I am not happy with it

Boots are well made, and are super warm and comfortable. I am happy with this purchase.

Terrible. Nice boot and comfortable to wear but they were definitely not waterproof. Within two days, both boots were leaking water. One was so bad, my entire sock on one foot was soaked to the shin. Not to mention the fact that by the time I was free to return them, they were so worn that they argued about exchanging them, despite the fact they were defective. So, not water proof and obviously not made to last as they barely made it through the week. Looks good, badly made and if that's the case, insanely overpriced.

my wife bought these November 2020 for me for Christmas I figure I wore them maybe 30 times and started using them again this winter last week. Walking yesterday I felt my right foot getting wet I discovered there are 4 screws holding a foldable cleat on the boot sole towards the heel used for gripping in slippery conditions. The screw came out and the water transversed up through the screw hole allowing water in. The shoe company in Mt. Pearl Newfoundland would not do anything about the defect after 60 days from purchase date. There was no name on the boot but they did look up the receipt to tell me the name so I could contact the manufacturer which they do not know (funny thing when a company doesn't know where they got these boots from). VERY POOR DESIGN best to avoid
