Good quality, not so good customer service.
The boot is comfortable, it fits the foot well, but the tongue is too stiff and long, causing it to touch the lower part of the leg. Watch out that you get the same size on your shoes. I got two different sizes.

Great new Docs!
My last Dr Martens chukka boots seemed a teensy bit wide - at least in appearance - although I wore them for 7 years. I was pleasantly surprised to find these Bonny Hiking Boots on The Shoe Company site. Ordered online for pick up in store (easy). My new 'Bonnys' are a little less wide in the toe and are a perfect fit.; comfortable from day one. Thanks to The Shoe Company!

Docs for a Fair Price
I typically DO NOT buy online but I wanted to buy myself an Xmas gift so I took a shot. The UK sizing worked perfectly and I would buy these again. The toe box is spacious so for my narrow, not fat feet I added a footbed liner. I also recommended this shop to other of my Dr. Martens fans friends. These aren't made in Britain anymore, but they fit right and that counts for a lot.

Shoe quality problem
Just bought back, vamp rub skin, not wear-resistant, others are OK, wear this comfortable, warm, waterproof is also OK, stepping on the snow is no problem, winter is very suitable

Solid boot, classic look. Dye came off though when adding beeswax to condition the leather. Takes a while to break in, but last pair was extremely durable, but insole wears down about a year
